I met a friend out in the jungle today. He was literally bending over backwards to try and convince me that he was bigger and meaner than he really was.

For those who can’t make heads or tails of this incredible creature, it’s the caterpillar of a Lobster Moth (Stauropus sp) and despite their best effort to take on a menacing shape, they are completely harmless.
